Millstadt

Millstadt is a village in St. Clair County,  and a suburb of St. Louis, located at the crossing of Illinois Routes 163 (locally, "Jefferson Avenue") and 158 (locally, "Washington Avenue"). The village is known for its German heritage, with more than half its people of German descent. The population as of 2017 is estimated at 3,873.

Millstadt gives residents the small-town experience within easy commute of larger surrounding communities including Belleville, St. Louis, Scott Air Force Base and much more.  Millstadt is in the Belleville West High School - District 201 and also has a Catholic Parochial school, St. James.
